This Privacy Policy applies solely to the Sevyn mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “App”), a lightweight and efficient image format conversion tool for personal use. Sevyn is dedicated to providing one-stop local image processing services, allowing users to select local image files, customize target output formats, and export compatible standard image files with one click. This policy clarifies the standardized specifications for data collection, processing, storage and protection during the use of all image conversion functions, and governs the privacy rights and obligations between the platform and all users.

Your download, installation and continuous use of the App’s image format conversion services constitute your full recognition and voluntary acceptance of all terms of this Policy. If you disagree with any clause herein, you shall immediately terminate the use of the App and all its related functions.

2. User Age Access Restriction

This application is exclusively available for users aged 18 and above. Any access, installation and use by minors under 18 years old are strictly prohibited. Our image format conversion tool is designed for adult personal operation and daily material processing scenarios. We do not provide services for minors, and will not actively collect or retain any personal information of minors. In the event that minor-related data is accidentally acquired during service operation, we will implement permanent and complete deletion without delay. You confirm that you have full civil capacity and meet the adult usage qualifications before using this service.

3. Core Data Processing Principles

Sevyn strictly abides by the principles of local priority, minimal necessity, zero redundant collection and full compliance. All image processing operations are mainly completed locally on the user’s device. The platform only processes the least data required to implement format conversion functions. We never collect user identity information, sensitive privacy content or conduct unauthorized data mining and commercial utilization, fully protecting user image data security and privacy.

4. Types of Processed User Data

To ensure the normal operation of one-click image format conversion and file export functions, the platform only processes the following user-initiated content and de-identified technical data, with no collection of any irrelevant sensitive information:

4.1 User Image Processing Content

Original image files actively selected and processed by users for format conversion:

• Source Image Files: Local images selected by users for format conversion processing.

• Converted Image Files: New format image files generated locally by the App after user-defined format switching and one-click export.

4.2 Anonymous Technical Operation Data

To optimize functional compatibility and processing stability, we anonymously collect non-identifiable basic device data including device model, system version, App running logs and function exception records. Such data cannot identify individual users and will not be associated with user local image content.

All processed data is only used for the following legitimate and necessary service scenarios to support the stable operation and experience optimization of image format conversion functions, without any hidden or unauthorized usage:

6. Data Storage & Retention Rules

All user image conversion tasks and file processing behaviors are completed locally on the user’s device. The platform does not actively upload, synchronize or store user original images and converted image files on remote servers. All image processing data only exists in the user’s local device space. Temporary cache generated during conversion will be automatically cleared after the task ends to avoid redundant data retention.

Users have full independent control over all original images and converted files. You can save, delete or clear local image files and cache records at any time. Once deleted, the corresponding data will be completely erased without residual backups.

7. Third-Party Data Sharing & Disclosure

Sevyn adheres to a strict closed-loop data management mechanism. We will never share, sell, rent or transmit user original images, converted files and processing records to any third-party institutions, enterprises or individuals. The App’s core format conversion functions are independently developed and locally operated, with no embedded third-party data statistics SDKs, data sharing interfaces or external transmission channels.

User data will only be disclosed when required by mandatory national laws, judicial rulings and legal law enforcement procedures, and the disclosure scope is strictly limited to legal requirements.

8. User Legal Rights

Eligible adult users enjoy complete independent rights over personal image processing data and local files:

• Right of Control: Independently select images, switch conversion formats and control the whole process of file export and saving.

• Right of Deletion: Freely delete local original images, converted files and App cache records.

• Right of Withdrawal: Stop using the App at any time to terminate all data processing behaviors.

9. Data Security Protection Measures

The App adopts local isolated processing technology for all image conversion tasks. All file parsing and format conversion processes run in a secure local sandbox environment, which can effectively prevent data leakage, tampering and unauthorized access. The platform implements strict internal permission management, and no staff can obtain or view user local image content in any way, fully ensuring user data privacy and security.

10. Non-Sensitive Data Processing Commitment

The core operation logic of the App is limited to image format parsing and conversion processing. We will not actively identify, extract or collect any sensitive information contained in user images, including biometric features, geographic metadata and other private content. All processing behaviors only serve basic format conversion functions without any sensitive data analysis and collection.

11. Cookie & Local Cache Specification

The App only uses basic local cache technology to optimize the fluency of format conversion operations, and does not use tracking Cookies, user behavior analysis tools or third-party monitoring tools to record user usage habits and private preferences. Users can clear App cache through device settings at any time, which will not affect the normal use of core image conversion functions.

12. User Content Responsibility

Users shall bear full independent legal responsibility for all images uploaded and processed by themselves. Users undertake not to use this App to process, export or disseminate illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent and other non-compliant image content. The platform reserves the right to terminate the service qualification of violating users and pursue corresponding legal liabilities.

13. Policy Update & Notification

We reserve the right to update and revise this Privacy Policy irregularly in response to product iteration and legal regulation updates. The latest version will be displayed in the App with a clear update date. Your continued use of the service after policy updates will be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms.
