1. General Provisions

This User License and Service Terms (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) is a formal legal agreement established between individual end users (hereinafter referred to as “User”) and Sevyn (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms officially define the rights, obligations and service norms for all users accessing and using the Sevyn image format conversion application.

Any behavior of downloading, installing, opening and using the core image conversion functions of the Application shall be deemed as your full recognition and voluntary acceptance of all contents of these Terms. If you do not agree to any clause herein, you shall have no right to use the Application and must terminate all service behaviors immediately.

2. Service Introduction & Functional Scope

Sevyn is a professional and lightweight image format conversion tool for mobile devices. The core service of the Application is to provide users with simple, efficient and diversified image format conversion capabilities. Users can select local image files, choose the target output format according to personal needs, and complete one-click conversion and export of compatible image files. The Application focuses on basic image processing functions, supports multi-format image mutual conversion, and meets users’ daily image format adaptation, sorting and usage demands.

We reserve the right to carry out autonomous function iteration and technical optimization for the Application, including expanding supported image formats, optimizing conversion efficiency, improving image output quality and simplifying operation procedures. All upgraded functions will take effect automatically after online launch without prior notice to users.

3. User Access Qualification

This Application and all its service functions are exclusively available for users aged 18 and above. The service access right of this platform is limited to adult users with full civil capacity. Any person under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from registering, accessing and using all functions of the Application.

We do not provide services for minors, and do not actively collect any personal information of minors. We have the right to conduct age verification on users through technical means. Once we confirm that the user does not meet the adult access standard, we have the right to permanently restrict the user’s service qualification without any prior notice, refund or compensation.

4. User Usage Code of Conduct

Users shall use the image format conversion service of the Application in strict accordance with national laws, regulations and public order and good customs. You shall be solely responsible for all image materials uploaded and converted by you, and shall ensure that all operation behaviors comply with legal and compliant requirements.

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following behaviors during the use of the service:

• Uploading and converting images containing pornographic, violent, illegal, discriminatory, insulting and other bad and illegal content;

• Using images involving third-party copyright, portrait rights, privacy rights and other legitimate rights and interests without authorization for format conversion and secondary use;

• Using the Application’s conversion function to produce, spread or assist in disseminating illegal and harmful pictures;

• Cracking, reverse disassembling, modifying and secondarily developing the Application program, conversion algorithm and core technical functions without official authorization;

• Using plug-ins, scripts and other malicious tools to interfere with the normal conversion operation of the Application and destroy platform service stability;

• Using the platform’s free conversion function for unauthorized commercial profit, paid agency conversion and other commercial illegal behaviors.

5. Intellectual Property Protection Rules

All intellectual property rights of the Sevyn Application, including but not limited to software copyright, trademark, interface design, exclusive conversion algorithm, program code and technical framework, are all legally owned by us. No user or third party may copy, imitate, disseminate or commercially use the above intellectual property resources without our written official authorization.

Users retain all legitimate rights of the original uploaded images and format-converted image files. We only provide pure technical format conversion services, and do not obtain any ownership, usage right or commercial authorization of user image resources. We will not arbitrarily store, use, disseminate or commercialize user converted image files without explicit user consent.

6. Data Security & Privacy Protection

We abide by national personal information protection laws and network security regulations, and adhere to the principle of minimum data processing. The image conversion service of this Application is mainly completed on the user’s local device. We only collect anonymous operation data required for function optimization and service stability maintenance, and such data cannot be associated with any user’s personal private information.

We will not actively upload, back up or store users’ original images and converted image files to remote servers. Without the user’s explicit authorization, we will not sell, rent, share or disclose the user’s image data and personal information to any third-party institutions and individuals, and fully protect users’ image privacy and data security.

7. Service Liability Exclusion

Our image format conversion service is provided on an “as available” technical basis. We do not guarantee that the service is 100% error-free, uninterrupted or fully compatible with all device systems and all image source parameters.

We shall not be liable for any image loss, conversion failure and format deviation caused by user misoperation, device system abnormality and network factors. All legal risks and losses caused by users’ illegal use of materials and non-compliant operations shall be borne independently by users.

We are not responsible for service suspension and function failure caused by system maintenance, policy adjustment, force majeure and other objective uncontrollable factors.

8. Service Restriction & Termination

If users violate the provisions of these Terms, use the service illegally, damage platform rights and interests or fail to meet the adult access requirements, we reserve the right to restrict, suspend or permanently terminate the user’s use of all platform services at any time without prior notice and economic compensation.

Users may voluntarily stop using the Application services at any time. After the termination of the service relationship, the clauses of intellectual property protection, privacy protection and liability exclusion stipulated in these Terms shall continue to take effect.

9. Terms Revision & Update

We have the right to revise and update these Terms according to product iteration, service upgrade and legal policy changes. The latest version of the Terms will be displayed on the Application interface with the updated date marked. Your continued use of the service after the update of the Terms means that you fully accept the revised clauses.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Settlement

The formulation, validity and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of any dispute, both parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may submit it to the competent local people's court for judgment.
